I think that Modern Warfare II Remake being this year's Call Of Duty offering the worst secret in all Call Of Duty history itself, guess that people reacted accordingly positively, much to a sigh of relief for Activision.

Infinity Ward has taken the turn to be the main developer and finally, IW and Activision announced that Call Of Duty Modern Warfare II Remake will be released worldwide October 28 of this year

The teaser above showcases known faces including Simon “Ghost” Riley, Captain John Price, Ghost, John “Soap” MacTavish, Kyle “Gaz” Garrick, and newcomer Colonel Alejandro Vargas of the Mexican Special Forces as artwork, no gameplay shown though.

Also the June 8 highlights on the teaser have been taken that probably Infinity Ward will have a turn for the World Premiere of gameplay footage at The Summer Game Fest, which will be taking place that day.

Activision has been quiet about the platforms that will carry the game, particularly past generations like Playstation 4 and Xbox One, but latest rumors stated that MWII is slated for Playstation 5, Xbox Series S/X and PC.

We are also expecting details of Call Of Duty Warzone 2, which practically will substitute the original Warzone launched on 2020 as a Battle Royale and since Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War, as a free-to-play companion sharing main games lore and WZ2 will have new mechanics aside from lore sharing with MWII.
