Sony having Playstation reach new ventures is paying off, and after the launch of Uncharted movie with Tom Holland and Mark Walhberg as main cast and we are inbound for the first season of The Last Of Us and Twisted Metal, we are pending on new announcements soon.

At their Investor Day keynote yesterday, Sony confirmed that not only are they capitalizing on Playstation Productions current works, but NEW titles are expected soon.

With this, Sony confirmed that they have begun the pre-development of Horizon Zero Dawn, God Of War and GRan Turismo with the Playstation Productions banner.

Horizon Zero Dawn is bound to Netflix, while God Of War is for Amazon Prime Video and finally, Gran Turismo will go for a non-named TV channel.

There were not much details on each show’s storyline but we can easily assume that the case of Horizon Zero Dawn will follow exactly as the game were and probably elements from Horizon Forbidden West can be showcase, while probably we will see some Game Of Thrones vibe on the God Of War show BUT, I can’t see or justify Playstation Productions going directly to the Nordic saga that started with the 2018 soft rebooted game and tagging the 2000’s era of the first 3 main God Of War games.

Finally Gran Turismo is safe to say that if The Last Of Us can serve as a great example of having HBO as an ally, I see a story-based on street and pro racing going for HBO Max.
