Since yesterday, many following AEW upcoming game news were seeing the appearance of various stores that already had the capacity on letting people pre order the game out of nowhere with no official announcement.

But that changed today when official AEW Games confirmed that Yuke's is the developer for the game and THQ Nordic will serve as publishing for the game.

For nostalgia wrestling fans, this was the tag team for WWF and WWE gaming since 2000's Smackdown video games series, Smackdown VS Raw game series and WWE 10 to WWE 13 all before the original THQ seeking bankruptcy protecting and being reorganized as THQ Nordic.

As per the video teaser, there will be a proper presentation of the game by August 12th adn what's news is that there will be both a Create-Your-Wrestler and a Career Mode, slated to be a collection of highlights showcasing the fun and personality of an All Elite Wrestler’s life on the road.

There will be an event schedule that will give players points to improve its wrestler's stats development as a rising wrestling star.

Being an active wrestler, former champion and a gamer itself, International star Kenny Omega has been the constat contact from AEW to Yuke's and THQ and have said that it was from the early days that he signed with AEW that wanted AEW's official videogame a instant first project outside Pro Wrestling itself.

No full roster confirmation have been made but it is obvious that will include most of them with the inclusion of Jade Cargill, John Moxley, Britt Baker, Chris Jericho, Kenny Omega, CM Punk and past footage showing Jungle Boy and Darby Allin.

The AEW game is already available for pre-order on Amazon with choices for Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, PC and Nintendo Switch and probably by the August 12 presentation we should learn the release date.
