We were informed that despite losing the exclusive right to make Star Wars games, Electronic Arts will not be sitting idle when other studios have already announced their own original concept.
At his turn to provide something to Star Wars fans, Electronic Arts via his first party studio Respawn Entertainment, a sequel of Star Wars Jedi: FAllen Order was finally confirmed.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, will take us 5 years after the events of Fallen Order, where Cal Kestis struggles to be the only known survivor (besides Yoda and Obi-Wan Kenobi) Jedi of Order 66 and trying to rebuild the Jedi Academy and restart a new Jedi Order.
It was announced that the Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be a third person, narrative-driven action-adventure game and will be taking advantage of the new current generation can bring for features, particularly ray tracing.
The game doesn’t have an exact release date besides coming in 2023, but people believe we are bound for a Spring 2023 launch taking EA’s own talking to investors about a major launch beside Dead Space Remake in January 2023.
The game is bound for Playstation 5, Xbox Series S/X and PC and will not be launched for Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
