Microsoft knew exactly the opportunities when it bought Mojang a few years ago and while Minecraft has still been deployed on platforms outside Xbox, definitely an event like Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase is where you can quickly learn what's next for your favorite sandbox game.

Minecraft Legends is the latest Minecraft game with an original story by Mojang and this time a strategy adventure in which players control armies of Minecraft characters who battle across a blocky world. 

This time around and for the story, Loire and the game's mechanics aspect received the help from Blackbird Interactive.

Obviously the game is bound for Game Pass, but will launch for Playstation 4, Playstation 5 and Nintendo Switch.
