  • Just like when a failed redacted document was leaked on the Internet, it seems that the Court of North California District needs to have double-check on their office clerks.

Because there was a massive leaks of findings and evidence regarding #Xbox that were filed during the failed FTC Preliminary Injunction against Microsoft on attempting to buy Activision Blizzaard.
The leaked documents highlights all plans that Microsoft have for this decade including a buying spree with names like Nintendo (it will be the 2nd time since late 90's attempt), WB Games, Valve and more.

AS for Xbox Hardware, despite Phil Spencer confirming that there will be no mid-gen upgrade, we could see an All-Digital Xbox Series X (no Blu-Ray ROM) by 2025 & new custom Xbox controller in 2024.
Microsoft tentatively aims for 2028 to say/launch what's next for Xbox hardware.

It will be interesting on the reach that Xbox wants to stretch as there are visions of maybe a proper Nintendo Switch answer for the next main hardware as an "hybrid" computing and also, a Cloud-Ready Xbox console was mentioned.

Now that Stadia is out of the picture, Microsoft is already developing Game Pass Cloud Servers upgrades to prepare Xbox as a proper PC gaming streaming and no longer exclusive Xbox Series X environment.

Talking about Stadia, Microsoft was wary on chances to compete, but after the first rumors of Immersive Stream, the corporate version of Stadia, was a new priority rather Stadia itself, CEO Satya Nadella asked Xbox team about any opportunities & how they see why Google failed.

At the Preliminary Injunction hearing, it was revealed that Microsoft chose NOT to upper up their Cloud Gaming offering & let Stadia take the lead, precisely because Microsoft knew that it will be used against it in case of a massive purchase, like the Activision Blizzard deal.

Finally in gaming software related, The Elder Scrolls VI was originally slated for a 2022 release, but Starfield took priority.
Before the purchase of ZeniMax Studios and Bethesda, works on the next DOOM game, Dishonored 3 & a Ghostwire Tokyo sequel were in the pipeline.

Finally, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and Fallout 3 remaster are also in development, meanwhile, it was mentioned that Rockstar Games is working on the next-gen upgrade of Read Dead Redemption 2.
There is an expectation that more things will go public in a matter of days.

The majority of people have trouble staying motivated, but having mental health conditions like depression or anxiety makes it considerably harder. Here are a few pieces of advice:

1.) Establish one clear, attainable objective for yourself.
2.) Put a time limit on it after considering how to incorporate that goal into your life and what you must do to make it happen (such as a week).
3.) Set reminders on a regular basis and break your objective into manageable pieces.
4.) Tell your loved ones about your aspirations and ask them to support you by helping you stay motivated.

    How to stay on course

1.) Utilize a notebook or an app for reminders to integrate your goal into your daily routine.
2.) Self-talk that is constructive and upbeat is crucial for controlling sadness and anxiety. Say "I can try" rather than "I can't."
3.) Being mindful can keep you calm and focused.
4.) Join a group for support or start a lesson. Support groups can be just as beneficial as outside assistance.
5.) When you reach a step or objective, treat yourself.

    How to maintain motivation

1.) Keep an ongoing review of your objectives and results. Making improvement is incredibly motivating in and of itself, and it also raises your self-esteem.
2.) Continue to make new objectives. Consider your goals for the upcoming week, month, and year. So that you don't feel overwhelmed, focus on one goal at a time.
3.) Maintain the momentum. Maintaining the momentum and routine will help it become more automatic over time since it can take up to three months to form a new habit.
4.) Look for mentors; a mentor is someone with experience in the habit you want to break. You might find a mentor by looking for social or support groups with a similar interest.
5.) Be in the company of uplifting individuals. Your positive self-talk, which also aids in managing the symptoms of depression and anxiety, is enhanced by supportive friends and family.
6.) Make exercising a daily priority to enhance your mental well-being.

Advice on how to improve your streaming.

There are two attributes that stand out above all others if you are genuinely interested in being a successful streamer:
    1) Patience
    2) inspiration.
Creating a community typically takes a long time and does not happen quickly. Many beginner streamers lose their motivation to keep trying because it is typical to have few (if any) viewers in the beginning.
Nevertheless, if you persist in spite of the depressing viewership figures and continue to produce a stream that amuses viewers and showcases your own style, you'll discover ways to capitalize on and be inspired by little achievements, and your community will steadily but surely develop.

Engage your audience in the stream

Even though engaging with viewers is always a good idea, it is particularly crucial in the beginning. You can incorporate your viewers in a number of ways. When they post something in the chat, mention them by name. You can also ask them questions, and they can respond in the chat.
Making your viewers feel included and at home will enhance the likelihood that they'll return to your stream.

    Organize your stream's scheduling.

The majority of successful broadcasters develop a reliable weekly schedule. All of your streaming times for every day of the week should be displayed clearly. By doing this, you can let your audience know when they may watch you and help them plan their schedules around the hours you usually stream.
Additionally, if you always stream at the same times, it has proven to be really helpful. In other words, pick a couple of days a week when you have free time, and stream on those days at the same times every week. People typically watch streams at the same time each day that works for their schedules, so not only does this help you get into a rhythm and develop consistent streaming habits, but it also makes it possible for you to reach the same audience more frequently. Your community will be able to anticipate you since they will know exactly when you go online.
Humans are habitual beings by nature. If your audience and viewers don't know when you'll be live, you can't expect to grow at a good rate.
There is a scheduling tab on Twitch. To alter your schedule, simply go to Channel Preferences.

Publish content you are happy with, but avoid becoming complacent.

Whether you're a seasoned streamer or just getting started with your first stream, it doesn't matter. You should be content and happy with the content you produce, regardless of where you are in your streaming journey. Never get complacent, even if you're satisfied. You run the danger of losing the audience you now have if you don't keep attempting to raise the quality of your streams, market your brand and your material, and stay active on social media. You might not believe that once you succeed, becoming complacent is a bad thing, but it most definitely is since viewers can sense when you're "packing it in."

    Livestreaming Tips

You have one if you have two; none if you only have one. Always have a backup of everything, including your computer, wires, and cameras. Audio cables and connectors, in particular, are inexpensive but difficult to come by when you need to replace them. If you're going to buy a cable or connection, make sure you get at least one spare.

Organize your wires and connectors so that you can quickly tell someone else where to look for anything. Sort and identify your audio, video, USB cables, microphones, tools, and other items.

To achieve a high-quality look and sound, all you need is a $50-$75 camera, a $50-$75 USB microphone, and around a $200 lighting investment.

Check your equipment's specifications—newer isn't necessarily better. Even the most advanced technological equipment may not be ideal for live streaming.

Before broadcasting, use a site like speedtest.net to check your internet upload speed. Any Dropbox/Google Drive programs that are operating in the background should be disabled or paused. If your speed drops lower than intended, be aware of your quality options.

Before you go live, test everything to ensure it's operating properly and that you're familiar with the controls and functionality of the live stream program you're using. On that live test run, get comments from a friend or coworker to figure out what will take your attention in the real deal.

If something worked yesterday but not today, try changing as many things as you can – but only one at a time so you can isolate factors. Begin with the wires and work your way through the setup, making use of all of your backup components along the way.

If you intend to speak, keep the background noise to a minimum. This can be accomplished with a lapel mic or even a standard headphone-mic combination. If it's windy, find a cover to keep the wind at bay. The use of a foam wind cover on the lapel mic is beneficial. If you have OBS, use it to add filters to your microphone to eliminate background noise and make your voice crystal clear.

Regular broadcasts are essential for growing a following and increasing engagement when live streaming. If all of your material is created on the spur of the moment, you won't be able to build a following. Humans are creatures of habit by nature. When we like something, we will want to incorporate it into our daily life if we know when it will occur.

Take the time to engage in casual chats, give tips & tricks, and give guidance with the groups you're a member of. If they know you're not just in it for yourself, you're more likely to grow. People appreciate individuals who can humanize themselves and communicate with them outside of their usual content. Unlike some that will simply spam their links.

Yesterday I didn't find memorable at all. The plan was always to see Sonic the Hedgehog 2 tonight. My review is that it was a well done, enjoyable follow up to the first film. So well, I could seen that as a game. My criticisms would stem from how the first movie deviated from the source material I grew up with. Namely the backstory of Sonic. Also would of loved more music incorporated from the games. I saw spots, but nothing I could discern. Overall I would recommend it and adding it as a future physical wishlist. It's helped cheer me up a little.
