Geoff Keighley confirmed that more than 30 nominees for #TheGameAwards 2023 will be announced on Nov 13, 2023.

The ceremony will be held on Thursday December 3, 2023 from Peacock Theater (formerly Microsoft Theater) in Los Angeles.

With a few hours remaining for Gamescom, Geoff Keighley confirmed that the 2023 edition of #TheGameAwards will go live on Thrusday December 7th from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.

It will be the 10th edition so I guess it will be a special one.

While I publicly called some questionable moves (as Video Game Awards games selections eligibility rules bending), GG to Geoff Keighley making it normal to set expectations and not abusing of hype and avoiding the double-edge sword of making people engage via surprise factor.
