Well fans of jRPG, and mainly the Valkyrie Profile that was once from Enix and now part of the games collection from Square Enix and there is some bad news for those who preordered Valkyrie Elysium on PlayStation.

One of the perks of preordering the game, was a free version of the Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth Remaster and while this remains the same, it is NOT coming along with the launch of Valkyrie Elysium.

Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth Remaster is a graphically upscaled version of the PSP game with the same name and actually, the PSP game is the remaster of the original Valkyrie Profile game launched in Playstation in 1999.

Inspired by Norse mythology, Valkyrie Profile follows Lenneth traveling through Midgard collecting the souls of slain heroes to serve either as einherjar or her personal companions for Ragnarok - the battle to decide the fate of all creation - and trains them by fighting monsters and performing additional quests. As she journeys, she learns more about her original human life, removed from her memory upon becoming a Valkyrie.
