Delays still on going and will be a never-ending situation in the gaming industry (or ANY industry) and basically the latest entry of a video game based on the tabletop RPG game Warhammer 40,000 or simply Warhammer 40K still is available on PC only.
Fatshark via its CEO confirmed that it had decided to delay the entry of new content for the next season of the game and also the release of the Xbox Series S/X version, until address post-launch feedback.
The game launched back in November and there were pretty much complaints, especially in terms of the crafting system, progression rewards, and the eternal game stability and performance optimization.
Those are actually the main focus of the work that now Fatshak needs to address before talking about anything else.
Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is a first-person action video game set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, developed and published by Fatshark and released for PC on November 30, 2022 with the promise that the game will be available day one on Xbox Game Pass for consoles and cloud.
