Wtih a ironic timing as the United State Government is making a sunset to the Emergency Declaration of COVID-19 in 2020, Bethesda has confirmed that not only we got QuakeCon 2023, the event will be physical again and the return of LAN parties for those assistants.

The confirmation was made this morning by Bethesda and the first post-pandemic QuakeCon event, QuakeCon 2023 will be held at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas from Thursday, August 10 through Sunday, August 13.

It is early to completely speculate what should be awaiting for the event, but we know for sure that will include massive games giveaways and a final look before the launch of Starfield as Bethesda newest franchise.

For gamers assisting at the event and wanting to participate in the many LAN parties, they need to bring their respective computers and the main event of LAN parties will be the annual esports finale of the Quake World Championships featuring Quake Champions as well as several vendors and experiences to support the BYOC.

Bethesda will be releasing a full schedule ahead of the due date of the event.
