Box Office estimates say that this second weekend for The Super Mario Bros. Movie had only 47% of decline and landed $87 million domestically, which pretty much tells that more than half of first time viewers returned for the second time or the movie just won new viewers.

Worldwide, the movie is at $678 million and pretty much steady crusades for the billion dollar mark, which will mean a new record for the movie and production based on gaming in general.
