  • Just like when a failed redacted document was leaked on the Internet, it seems that the Court of North California District needs to have double-check on their office clerks.

Because there was a massive leaks of findings and evidence regarding #Xbox that were filed during the failed FTC Preliminary Injunction against Microsoft on attempting to buy Activision Blizzaard.
The leaked documents highlights all plans that Microsoft have for this decade including a buying spree with names like Nintendo (it will be the 2nd time since late 90's attempt), WB Games, Valve and more.

AS for Xbox Hardware, despite Phil Spencer confirming that there will be no mid-gen upgrade, we could see an All-Digital Xbox Series X (no Blu-Ray ROM) by 2025 & new custom Xbox controller in 2024.
Microsoft tentatively aims for 2028 to say/launch what's next for Xbox hardware.

It will be interesting on the reach that Xbox wants to stretch as there are visions of maybe a proper Nintendo Switch answer for the next main hardware as an "hybrid" computing and also, a Cloud-Ready Xbox console was mentioned.

Now that Stadia is out of the picture, Microsoft is already developing Game Pass Cloud Servers upgrades to prepare Xbox as a proper PC gaming streaming and no longer exclusive Xbox Series X environment.

Talking about Stadia, Microsoft was wary on chances to compete, but after the first rumors of Immersive Stream, the corporate version of Stadia, was a new priority rather Stadia itself, CEO Satya Nadella asked Xbox team about any opportunities & how they see why Google failed.

At the Preliminary Injunction hearing, it was revealed that Microsoft chose NOT to upper up their Cloud Gaming offering & let Stadia take the lead, precisely because Microsoft knew that it will be used against it in case of a massive purchase, like the Activision Blizzard deal.

Finally in gaming software related, The Elder Scrolls VI was originally slated for a 2022 release, but Starfield took priority.
Before the purchase of ZeniMax Studios and Bethesda, works on the next DOOM game, Dishonored 3 & a Ghostwire Tokyo sequel were in the pipeline.

Finally, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and Fallout 3 remaster are also in development, meanwhile, it was mentioned that Rockstar Games is working on the next-gen upgrade of Read Dead Redemption 2.
There is an expectation that more things will go public in a matter of days.

  • So far in 2023, this is the 2nd publicly known Xbox personnel visiting Hideo Kojima & #KojimaProductions, probably regarding the announced Xbox Kojima Productions exclusive game (Game Pass Cloud).

We are still pending for exact details about the game at all!

  • So basically, there was a possibility that Google Stadia could have its money being run by Project xCloud now Xbox Game Pass Cloud, but of course, we will never know...

And I don't know how I have to feel about this....

  • Microsoft admitted that Xbox Game Pass Cloud is being used by gamers to try games before considering buying a game.

Kinda of a bad move in my opinion, Microsoft gave a hook to the FTC to push more on the Cloud Gaming rationale on not being allowed to buy Activision Blizzard.

  • So, 3 months after a COVID-induced-heavy procrastination during quarantine let me decide to go back to square one on content creation. I can say the results were good considering that I am a pawn in this game averaging now 10-50 view per video and best one already over 100 views.

With this I can safely say that I have down the homework on having an SEO/Algorithm thinking on YouTube Gaming, but STILL NEED TO IMPROVE the social aspect of content creation, which is being attractive enough to convert between 80-90% of non-subs to subscribers.

First and obvious thing is that I need to improve my English pronunciation, years ago that wasn't a problem but evidently, not speaking it for a long time really did some damaging to my once-almost-like-American pronunciation and now I hear myself and indeed I struggle sometimes.

Secondly, you might hear that a streamer needs VOD to keep itself in the map, this applies to me inversely, indeed I need to resume streaming as fast as possible after my wedding & getting permanency at offline work that extended of my streaming hiatus beyond originally planned.

While I am also doing the same work at VOD on Theta TV, I am not worried that I am not achieving same result as YouTube because Theta TV on the contrary, ALSO NEEDS streaming as part of my discoverability and that's 100% on me.

Meanwhile Facebook Gaming kind of the same thing as Theta TV, but what bothers me big time is that Facebook has its own algorithm so I don't get why FB Gaming is not recommending my content according to my analytics, but probably things change when I resume streaming.

Thirdly, I think that Cloud Gaming niche is a good one where I can avoid just uploading non-context gameplay/walkthrough (which for me it is a shameful a sad thing that these kid's taste for gaming entertainment are so simple) so probably might need to do...

Tutorials, Cloud Gaming reviews and while Stadia is a good sub-niche probably might go ahead and start having more Xbox Game Pass Cloud content on the go too.

With that being said, THANK YOU/GRACIAS My/MIS Muñaños to bear with me and yes, while second half of might be too short assuming a mid-October to mid-December 2022 schedule, I guess that I should lay the foundation for even better 2023 and hope you are along with me for the ride!

BTW, my org EMGG still have stuff left for 2022 & while things have been calm (of course with the exception of EVO), they are working behind the scenes & yes, if you are a content creator & if interested on joining, apply NOW And/Or Support!

And last but NOT LEAST, if you haven't joined GGs, the new social network for and only video games with NO DRAMA, NO BS from real-life, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!?!

I will be resuming writing for the official GGs blog tomorrow as I am week and a half away from my wedding which has been the main reason I am going AFK more than usual

    GG!

  • Coming as a surprise given its openness to making Destiny 2 as accessible as possible, many noted that Bungie's support page for the game was updated indicating that there is no support for Destiny 2 on the Steam Deck.

In fact, the article claims that any attempt to sneak into Destiny 2 directly is eligible for an account ban.

Apparently, Bungie hasn't worked with Proton (Valve's Windows game interpreter for Linux) and the only exception according to language is that there is an entire Windows environment on the device.

It's not really known if this also has to do now with the condition that Bungie will become a subsidiary of Playstation soon, but technically, when Google Stadia and Xbox Game Pass Cloud support comes to the Steam Deck, it shouldn't. be a problem.

  • Two novelties with Steam Deck and that is that Valve indicated that the little support for the controls of the PC Gaming portable does not work in Google Stadia and Xbox Game Pass Cloud is due to fixes that will arrive soon at the software level. Good news to game-as-a-service believers.

On the other hand, the company indicates that the problems reported on the Steam Deck subreddit, about joy-drifting at an early age, are due to the need to correct the precision algorithm to define the neutral position of the levers.

The company immediately urged users not to notice improvements after the update, it will be offering a replacement kit (being the debut of its association with iFixit).

The problem is that it is VERY LIKELY that there are no parts yet.
