It was just a matter of time when Onoma being folded within the umbrella of Embracer Group could bring some big consequences and here we are, the downfall of the once known as Square Enix Montreal had caused a big effect.

So there you have it Arena Battle Champions, Deus Ex Go, Hitman Sniper: The Shadows & Space Invaders: Hidden Heroes will go offline while their respective microtransactions store was closed but NO refund will be offered.

It is still difficult how everything changes since the PS3/Xbox360/Wii era that games doesn’t come in full feature and full experience (and don’t get me started with the half-baked and day one patch that is now a trend, which is a whole topic itself) and gaming quality, gamers satisfaction and replay value has gone to the backseat so ridiculously.

To the point that the game industry finds it normal and with big entitlement that gamers “consumed” what they paid for, specially for live services, and they can go away without pretty much compensating players.

I don’t get why people defend that and maybe I am kinda 10 to 15 years later to the echo screen of complaining, but there is always a space to complain if things like this still happen in 2022 close to 2023.

For your information if you play all or some of the mentioned games, all four games will be removed from the iOS App Store and Google Play Store on December 1 and current players will have access to their servers until January 4th.
