Redhill Games debuted its answer to PvP Shooters last year with Nine To Five for PC (vía Steam) and Google Stadia as a free-to-play alternative that was well received but with usual issues as it was on an early access status, meaning the game was not on its final version.

That changes today as Redhill Games announced that both Steam and Stadia had gained a stable release as Nine To Five 1.0 is live.

The immediate first change is the return and perpetual availability of the Huxwell Clinic map, which was actually the map when the game debuted 10 months ago and obviously that players associate the game with it.

A New Corporation (equivalent of class) also makes their debut in the game and they are known as Milodyne and they are described as a company made by many energy providers fusioned to form what is now called Milodyne Energy Solutions.

With the entrance of Milodyne, there are new weapons available including called Raptor, Helix and Talon, respectively a new assault rifle, sub machine gun and light machine gun.

With stable 1.0 release, Nine To Five gains a list of achievements available for both Steam and Stadia to reward certain challenges in-game and a rebalancing of in-game rewards where Redhill assure that the adjustment makes it easier to achieve them, including an extended progression until Level 15.

Elsewhere, there is a new collection of in-game cosmetica and in the changelog is included the schedule of their availability.

Also, there is a list of all improvement and fixes the game gains for its stable release but want to highlight the fixes that are exclusive for the Stadia version and includes:

  • Improved the main menu performance for Google Stadia.
  • Improved overall performance on Google Stadia.
  • Added a performance mode toggle for Google Stadia. Disabling the performance mode will enable higher resolution when possible.
  • Fixed an issue when a friend's Stadia profile page wouldn't open in some circumstances.
